Women's Pregnancy Circle
OUR HIGHEST OFFERING, A WELLNESS JOURNEY TO NURTURE & EMPOWER
This is our highest offering, an opportunity to join a small group of pregnant women at a similar gestation to journey into motherhood together through preparation, connection, and intuition.
We’ve crafted an antenatal wellness package which includes education relevant to your stage of pregnancy; access to various hypnobirthing techniques with a guide on how to use them, and a weekly virtual meet to learn and discuss. We will gather for a day retreat once a month in a beautiful space to connect and share a lunch, using yoga and meditation to guide and ground us. This offering is made complete with The Celestial Midwife journal for you to record and reflect, plus a WhatsApp group for support throughout the duration of your journey.

Pregnancy Yoga
DISCOVER PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES TO OPTIMISE YOUR BABY'S POSITION AND ACCESS INNER CALM
During our gentle pregnancy yoga sessions, we will use the poses to support overall well-being, to optimise the position of your baby – which can facilitate an easier birth. Some poses can alleviate common pregnancy niggles and breathing techniques can be used during labour.
The meditative element encourages you to look inwards, releasing conscious thoughts and this is how you will birth – from within. Incorporating this practise into your pregnancy well-being routine means that during labour (when you need it most) you will easily access this calm inner space.

Some of my favourite poses we will use are...
Standing Hip Openers - supporting you to have strong, flexible pelvic joints is vital in pregnancy. This pose can also improve blood flow to all your organs but especially your uterus – the muscle which will birth your baby.
Pelvic Floor - awareness of, and gentle stretches. This body of muscles is so important for birth, having an awareness of activating them will empower you and they will support you to push during the second stage of labour.
Warrior Pose - a powerful stance – access your inner warrior to feel empowered, strengthen and build stamina. In late pregnancy, we will use the wall to support this pose.

This is a monthly online group meet-up via Zoom to gather knowledge and connect with other women on the same journey. The Virtual Circle is designed to help you understand the choices available to you in pregnancy and birth. We will also discuss topical subjects, stories and experiences which can be led by you.
